today i've had siao long pau, spinach, 1/4 plate of fried rice, beef brisket, drunken chicken, soft shell crab, chicken wings, honeydew sago and curry myojo noodles for supper. of course up to the last few mentioned, it was in small portions but lots of small portions adds up to one large portion and i hate feeling full and i do not get the whole theory of being full is the whole reason we're eating because i eat not to fill my stomach but rather because i love food so much. i could recommend you to all the awesome places to eat etc etc but then i'd have to bring you there and eat more and its not nice when you're already full but because its so tasty etc i will end up finishing it.
i eat when i'm upset. so i've turned to the help of wine to stop myself from binge eating. why is the food in singapore so fucking delicious?! its not really good, on the "glass half empty" side of life. and i'm quite surprised that most of the people living here are still rather small-sized. so thank god that i'm half asian and that's whats keeping me from going over the weight limit.
