last night, this geezer told me my horoscope in the form of some intense, spiritual conversation..
"i can tell, that you don't trust people much. you build this wall around you, and don't let anyone in...blah blah blah why is that its only you and that girl (christabel) who comes out all the time, where are all your other girlfriends. you mustn't like girls very much. you probably are very self-loathing that's why you don't club with other girls much.. and what was it that you were studying? marketing? what a bad thing to study. you can't get a job if you study that. bad choice. you should of done engineering. who would hire a person who studied marketing??"

WTF. i mean COME. ON.
even my mum has heard those lines more than once. my mum.
your lines, have already expired a long ass time ago.

and yes, there isn't anyone in the marketing industry. no one advertises, no marketing campaigns, nothing. all this sounds gibberish doesn't it, to you? i bet.

the best part was that he looked really serious and asked S for back up, that he's an AWESOME GUY. ahhh you know. i don't really feel like agreeing to that. no.. not really.

and if you noticed, some guys also think that if they bring you down, they can get anything they want out of you.
jesus, who the hell taught you that?!
why would you want to go out with someone who called you self-loathing and UNSOCIABLE? - i just remembered thats what the guy called me last night as well. very nicely done. and to end this wonderful conversation, he topped it off with:
"you need to hang out with me more you know. i can show you the ways of life."

o do teach me the ways confucius.

& while you're at it, FUCK OFF.

back to sleep. it's only 11:38am.

I'm so sick of wearing jeans out everyday now because of the in-school attachment and the only time i really get to wear dresses are during the weekends. like we went to the rugby 7s on saturday afternoon when i got to wear a sundress out and later on at night, more dresses! a girl can never have too many of them.. (:

and the thing is with dresses, finding a nice, good one can really be tough. as you all know, most of the shops now in singapore tend to bring in crap, which basically resulted in online shopping for me (and some other friends as well!). I usually go to places like ohlova, or bonitochico but recently got to know another good one through a friend, and they've got pretty awesome stuff!

I have a blue dress that i've yet to wear out because i plan my dresses out for weekends and that one is going to be the one i'll wearing this friday but the one i got as a gift from zac was amazing and it fitted perfectedly! i wore it out last week!

(don't mind my messed-up face! HAHA. it was a crazy night) the dress still, was in excellent shape!



and the material was really good as well, not those cheap flimsy materials that don't usually last very long.

they have some other amazing stuff as well, like this one that i wanted to get.

i finally got to watch star trek!
i must admit, i was a little scared at first, but it actually turned out to be a good film! won't be so keen on learning their language, but might just rent a couple more of what came after the first one (: but.. seeing uhura make out with spock is slightly, odd. haha.

ahh so tired. afternoon shift this week so i'll be able to get up later than i was waking up previously.
i still can't believe i lost my phone. now i'm stuck with a samsung and i'm hating every minute of texting with it.

Ebay is evil, at times like these.

I can't believe that i've actually planned this out.

i have to be at school at 8am (extra early, don't you love it?)
but, thing is, this dress that i really want, that's on ebay, has its bidding thing ending at 7:39am.
so what i'm actually planning, is to go down to school by 7:30am so that i can win that item which means i'd have to wake up at about.. 530???????


ahhhh screw the dress.
but it's so pretty. and only 15US (with another not-as-nice dress thrown in along with it) but its both OH SO WORTH IT.

please talk some sense into me. please.
