Christmas Eve

Christmas is only a day away and i can't wait for the day to be over! still at work today but going to back early and do some grocery shopping for the food i'm going to cook tonight and tomorrow for my parents' xmas party! going to have a lunch with my family and steve and i'm making Toffee Apple Pudding Cake :) oh and with haagen daz's macadamia nut ice cream! mmmm can't wait for lunch!

It's going to be hectic over the next few days with cooking, getting ready, and thank god for a nice chilled out day at TBC yesterday, felt almost like a weekend break in a different country! i think the pims helped quite a bit and there's nothing better than sand, sun, and a good lunch with friends :)

So for the next few days it's going to be xmas parties, catchups & then we're off to Laos on Friday for new years!! Luang Prabang, i can't wait to see you!
