I've never been up this early this year on my own will.

i have this thing, a habit, that when i see a title of a song, two syllables & when i don't know the tune and it somehow sounds pretty decent e.g. "shy guy", i'll always (it gets really irritating at nine in the morning) sing the title into the song, "My Girl" and we all know how that song sounds and for a brief moment, i'll be really convinced that that's the real tune to the song. well that's a good 2 minutes of my life i'll never get back. like how dad feels after an hour of CSI but he sits through the whole show anyway AND sits through both CSI miami and then the normal CSI and makes fun of them at every possible junction. we all know you love that show, and herachio, however you spell his name. haha.
Exams start on tuesday. i'm dead meat, preferably a slab of steak.

this student after being asked tonnes of questions which also included this one: "which 2 items on the table would you use to survive if you were stuck on a deserted island? one to eat, one to satisfy yourself". we never knew what L meant by the 'satisfy yourself" part but we knew. it was just never brought up. but this student's answers, and many others, really brought me to tears. i think there was a time that L had to cover his/her face with a piece of paper so that she wouldn't be able to see us laughing. hahhaha. so the other question..
"if you could be 2 animals combined into 1 and name it after yourself, what 2 animals would you pick?" - L
"a cat and a fish" - X (x because i forgot his name.)
"why a cat and a fish??" - L (at this point of time i was already thinking because there are catfishes that already existed? BUT NO. his logic was completely different, out of the world, and fucking hilarious.)
"if i was half a cat and half a fish, & if i starve, i can eat myself." - X

i'm sure everything would be fine if you ate half of yourself. and i was quite sure that i couldn't stop thinking about that for days. and i still remember it very clearly & i'm not one for remembering conversations, believe me.

oh, and if you msg me really early (like 3am or 6am or anything before at least 10-ish 11, there might be a chance of me not replying because when i'm half asleep i'll check my messages and then go back to sleep and sometimes i'll forget anyone ever sent me any. so there you have it. today, i'm looking back at all msgs in my inbox and shall reply to the unreplied!
