school is settled (work is being done, i.e.), i've been getting enough sleep, new year's really kicked ass. :D
so first, on new years eve, was dinner over at my place with the bff, bff's bf, brother and brother's girlfriend (and the parents).
we watched a couple movies and when it struck 11, we got some absolut from uncle mark and headed down to the pool with steak and undercooked muscles!
and i still can't believe we forgot to countdown. we were just contemplating about something or discussing or just ranting, i don't know, but suddenly we heard a "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!" from the bbq pit and we were like "OH its 2009 already? happy new year! hahaha". or something like that. it was really funny though, and we made a video that should be a highlight of the new year but i promised not to put it up. ):
after everyone left, i made a last minute decision to go down to clarke quay to meet jas, wil, zac, liwen, nicholas, chloe and alex and we headed into attica. i swear the place was so fucking packed!
it was the best new years ever (: and it's been one hell of a week. it shall continue into the weekend, and for now, its mugging first. i'm off. ya'll have a good one, ya'll. haha. xx
