2009 IS ON ITS WAY!

i don't know why, but i'm super excited about New Year's! later a few people are coming over for a barbeque at my place and it's going to be great (: now i just have to finish up reports and shit, and i'm done for the day! it's been a while since i've had to urge to blog and here's just a little update on what's been happening (:

em's leaving soon and i don't want to her to go ): there's been quite a lot of drama recently and i hope that everything will be alright before you leave. i'll come visit in iowa if i can (: xx

the food was really good, and i can tell you one thing that's for sure; champagne in the afternoon isn't the best idea. after that i think i slept on the couch for a while just to regain my energy, just enough to stay awake for a drive-thru at Sentosa Cove, which wouldn't be a good idea since all the plots are already bought (at an average of $18 million) and it is excruciatingly beautiful. i almost wish i was rich. haha. but i'd be lying if i wanted something a little more cozy. Sentosa cove is to die for. plus with the boat behind the house. i really wish i had a yatch. haha. yeah sure huh.

and we saw this! how cool is it! they apparently already have quite a few of this in the US and only some people have it. way to do with a whole extra bundle of cash lying around huh? o and you know, it kind of reminds me of Wall-E where everyone uses those things to go everywhere and every gets fat and spineless and immobile on their own two feet. it would be funny, if it really does happen like how it did in the movies. thank god i can't afford one. haha.

so zoukout didn't really work out for me, em, jen and lots of other people on the boat. well, i think lots of the other people went off to zoukout later during the night but staying on the boat was actually really fun (: hung out and danced and did lots of stuff, heard a lot of stuff (hahahahahah hehe shhh) and it was great.




off to finish some work, again. its really never ending till i hit the end-of-semester holidays. once i'm done with something, something else that needs to be done, comes up. i'm sure you'd feel the same way.

so here's to great friends, good company, family, drinks, and a great night ahead, not forgetting the countdown.
o, and here's to really annoyingly awesome dreams. haha. they're dry though, don't let you imagination take you anywhere.haha.
